Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Vaughan Vapes. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 


LOCAL DELIVERY

SAME DAY VAPE DELIVERY for orders placed by 11:30AM. Otherwise, delivery is made next Business Day between 10AM - 5PM.

Local delivery is available for orders over $49.90 (before tax & discount) within a 15KM Radius for a flat fee of $9.99.

Free Delivery for Orders over $120 (before tax & discount).

Proof of Legal Age Required, otherwise a penalty of 50% of total order amount plus Delivery Fee will be charged to your order and the order will be cancelled accordingly.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy (within Ontario only)

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping Rates

All orders over $120 (before taxes) will not be charged for shipping! Who doesn't love FREE shipping! 

Orders $49.90 - $120 (before taxes) will be charged a flat rate fee of $9.99.

Orders below $49.90 (before taxes) will be charged a flat rate fee of $17.99.

EXPRESS SHIPPING also available on ALL orders for a flat fee of $19.99.

 

Age of Majority (Legal Age)

We can only service customers over the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions (19+ Years in Ontario). In order to receive your package from the courier you are required to present a piece of valid, government issued, photo ID to prove your age. Some couriers may request a signature as proof of delivery. In the event that your order is transferred to a post office or pickup location, you will be required to claim it with a pickup notice from the courier and a piece of valid, government issued, photo ID confirming your age. Orders found to be returned due to an underage purchase will be subject to a penalty in the form of a 50% of the total order amount, plus shipping costs.

Damaged & Lost In Transit

Vaughan Vapes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order in a damaged package, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

Out-of-Stock / Inventory Errors

Sometimes stock counts on our website don’t match what’s physically available. If your order contains an item which we’re sold out of, we will email/call you requesting a change to your order. If we do not receive your reply within 48 hours after sending the email, your order will be cancelled and you’ll be notified by email. 

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@VaughanVapes.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

  

IN-STORE SHOPPING

You can skip the shipping fees and times when you visit our little vape shop at 110 Ansley Grove Rd, Unit 2 in Woodbridge ON. We have many IN-STORE SPECIALS not advertised publicly and also carry more products in store than what's on our website. You get to see everything on Display and get to ask whatever questions you may have.
Our in-store shopping hours are:
Monday-Thursday: 9AM - 10PM
Friday: 9AM - 11PM
Saturday: 10AM - 10PM
Sunday: 10AM - 9PM

We accept payment by Debit, All Credit Cards, or Cash.
